Pricing applies to vacant homes in average condition with running water and electricity. The home must be free of furniture, personal belongings and loose garbage unless otherwise agreed.
Homes over 2,000 sq. ft., occupied properties, heavy buildup, garbage removal, carpet shampooing, construction residue, exterior windows, mold, pests, biohazards and high-access work require a separate quote.
Parking, tolls and applicable taxes may be added. We confirm the scope and final price before service; no payment is taken when you request a date.
