How AM Pro Clean handles your information

We collect the contact, address and property details you submit to provide quotes, schedule cleaning and support your booking. Payment-card information is collected and stored by Stripe, not AM Pro Clean.

Marketing is optional

We send promotional messages only when you select the separate marketing checkbox. You may unsubscribe at any time. Declining marketing does not affect your booking.

Security and retention

Customer contact and address fields are encrypted. Access is limited to the business owner, and administrative actions are logged. Booking records are retained only as needed for service, legal, accounting and dispute purposes, then deleted or anonymized.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible information, or withdraw marketing consent, by emailing bookings@amproclean.org. Some records may need to be retained where required by law.

Service providers

AM Pro Clean uses infrastructure and payment providers only to operate the website and booking service. Providers receive only the information necessary for their role.
